Population characteristics
The group will be 22 females between the ages of 18 – 30 who have aspergers Syndrome. Many of these individuals will be from the same region but will have varying educational backgrounds. People with aspergers syndrome had a liking for routine chores for which slight changes in these routines easily irritated them, once they start a daily routine changing their modes of work, play, or any kind of activity that they are used to may not augur well with them. This group of teens also showed deficiency in picking up cues on social matters, it is very difficult for them to real body languages of their friends as well as initiating and maintaining conversations (Atwood, 2011). Whenever they are communicating with them and the ration of nose to silence is high, they tend to shift their attention to other things or just simply switch of. In addition to lack of inborn social skill, this group of girls may not stare at other people easily or make eye contacts, characteristics that may be associates with being shy. Parents with this group of children may mistake this with multiple personality disorder.
Though most of them seem to be highly stimulated by loud nose, they also tend to talk a lot on matters that interest them but it is also advisable to note that their communications were characterized by verbalized internal thoughts often referred to as soliloquy Other co-characteristics include depressions, verbal learning disorder, (ADHD) – Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Girls suffering from this disorder may be too trusting and would like to be honest in most occasions; they are not into fashion and conventional thinking as they are not easily drawn into these fads. Educating this group of people is not an easy task because before one identifies these problems, they must have been victimized or punished as they are not creative. However, if well taken care of, they will excel in classrooms and at work due to their preference for honesty and rules. Therapeutic school for people suffering from aspergers syndrome (Atwood, 2011)
Protocol Name: Teamwork Development with aspergers Syndrome Patients in Sports
Aspergers Syndrome patients typically struggle with their social development and motor learning or reflex skills. Therefore, this protocol will examine the impact of sports toward the improvement of these skills and their social development related to teamwork. Various exercises with sports will be set up to test whether these individuals are likely to work together as a team or focus more on self-performance. The location will be at Ilk river educational centre soccer field. Four coaches will be present to oversee the drill work along with two researchers to take notes of their findings and make observations. Each session will also be video recorded for post-reference.
Brief summary and general intent: It is recommended that Teen with aspergers syndrome be taken to the Elk River’s Pinnacle Schools where a Treatment Program of 8-week minimum therapeutic intervention program is provided for character building through their intensive therapy, accredited academics and off-school expedition course. This facility is the only facility that is known to charge less for this kind of special needs care as compared to other facilities such as Pinnacle Academic Resource Center.
Description- The frame of reference is behavior for teamwork versus independence. Based on the varying development and often isolation of Aspergers Syndrome patients caused by the nature of their development progression, the premise of this study expects to find that many of these individuals will show behaviors against adhering to a team environment. Furthermore, the stress of physical activity paired with an activity that is likely to be foreign to the subjects will likely inhibit their potential for working with peers as a member of a team. Social isolation is expected to overcome teamwork. Include the premise (assumptions) and why you feel it is appropriate for this population
Purpose- The use of sports for the short term residential setting where specialists take care of ladies in their teens suffering from this kind of syndrome, they are provided with psychological and medical therapies as they continue with their sports.

Accidental kicking or accidental tripping will not be cause.
Methods: Coaches will use positive reinforcement techniques whenever teamwork is shown and negative reinforcement when isolation is shown. Name calling and violent shouting will not be used, but instruction and one-on-one and group coaching will take place.
