1. My theory’s view of human nature is contained in the framework that it emerges from both present and past existence experiences. It is festered with conflicts, which are reflections of inconsistences between the now and what was. Human nature is expected to evolve above difficult episodes of life into greater dimensions of existence towards mastery. Conflicts actually suggest relationship difficulties among superego, ego and ID indicating communication disruption synchronizing the now with what was. Human nature has the ability to resolve all conflicts in an intelligent manner.
2. My theory defines the structure of personality as elements of holistic existence. The self emerges to blend the inner with the outer recognizing the importance of past to the present sphere of existence. Human personality is structured to adapt to its environment by adjusting consciousness.
3. The function of personality is to maintain equilibrium in human existence. Its main role is establishing self-awareness. This enables the individual to function with confidence enhancing holism.
4. Normal personality consists of adapting a postuer of knowing; collaborating; articulating; integrating and demonstrating at a very high level of being. It coincides with its social, physical and spiritual environment in maintaining equilibrium.
5. Abnormal personality is highlighted by disabled mental awareness. Individuals lose contact with time and space and exist in an unusual place, which is out of touch with perceived realty. My theory advances that temporality they may express the inability to synchronize the inner with the outer and the present with the past. Rogers (1989)   contends that four elements determine normal personality. They include openness; self- trust, self-evaluation and willingness to develop or thrive (Ellis, 1989). Displacement of these same elements in human personality can be defined as abnormal.
6. This theory conceptualizes the therapeutic process by indicating four givens, which ought to be addressed during intervention. They embrace the inevitability of death, responsibility that comes with freedom, existential isolation and finally meaninglessness. These four givens also become the ultimate concerns of existential psychotherapy. Importantly, they embrace the framework through which a therapist detects a client’s problem and develops a treatment method. Precisely, it is a client centered approach aligning the social, with physical and subsequently spiritual existence ( Yalom, 1980)
7. Essentially, the theory defines this therapeutic method as a philosophy related to a conflict mechanism among the givens that are embedded in the human consciousness. Therefore, the resolution lies in articulating an effective outcome through establishing an interpersonal relationship intervention that would create mutually acceptable solutions through dedicated teamwork.
8. The role of a therapist is to conduct the intervention with professionalism maintaining ethical standards regarding counseling clients. He/she is also responsible for engaging a cordial relationship maintaining the ethical boundaries within the process. The goals should be to raise the level of self-awareness promoting acceptance of responsibility for one’s actions
9. The client’s role clearly must be cooperation and participation in creating a favorable outcome of therapeutic intervention.
10. The strength of this theory is that it gives credence to two other theoretical approaches; existential and deconstructive. However, it deflects by implicating Freud’s ego, superego and Id as well as Jung’s holism. The weakness is that it has not yet been accepted in the body of theoretical knowledge.
