Debate: Do you agree with the public relations and lobbying team, or would you support the FCC changes

According to the current world and the types of corporations within it, I would fully support the FCC changes of reducing the risk management. The risk management will ensure that there is a balance of some preferable elements with regards to the unique requirements of the corporation (Honeycutt, 2001). Having planed for the management of risk will as well consider the corporation on the basis of reducing the lawsuit risk. This comes as a result of thinking effectively concerning the scenarios of “what – if,” which puts the corporation on the fore front of the match should something dangerous take place.

The Logistics Services Corporation is much the same with the other corporations that comes as a result of making profit when deciding on the potential liabilities. While it can sustain the arrears its own personality, it is as well fully accountable for the obligations and the arrears that result to the corporation itself (Fitzpatrick, 2006). To add, the Logistics Services Corporation can be prosecuted in the name of the corporation for the following reasons: personal injury, contract of breach, worker’s compensation and the vicarious liabilities (Smith, 2009). Another reason as to why I am agreeing with the FCC is that they have come up with some strategies that will oversee the risk management. The strategies illustrates that a person should:

• Respect the terms of all agreements and contracts.
• A person must ensure that the loan and bill payments are done on time.
• Be aware of the arising safety issues from the corporation’s activities, and consider steps that ensure the practices which are safe.
• Pursue the regulations and the decree that apply to the corporation.

The FCC ensures that the corporation members are funding the corporation sufficiently to meet its long term liabilities. They also observe the formalities of the corporation, which includes the annual reporting, holding the meetings of the board as well as having the meetings regarding the members (Parsons, 2004). For all these that I have analyzed, I therefore agree with the FCC changes and regulations as it will permit for more mergers overall in the media.
