Research Paper

There are several elements too consider when making process improvement recommendation presentation. One is the goal and objectives aimed at through the change. The presentation should have clear objectives to be achieved and the means of achieving the objectives. Secondly, the presentation should contain the benefits likely to occur as a result of the change. These reasons form the basis for acceptance of the changes by the management. Thirdly, the presentation should contain the expected outcome resulting from the change of processes Abraham & Nair 2000).

The recommendations would be best presented through PowerPoint presentation. One of the effective tools in PowerPoint presentation is the use of slides, which presents a chronological flow of data for easy follow up (Rutledge, 2010). The tool is slide story, a tool used in creating podcasts and audio slideshows. The other tool is the use of visual aids, which helps create emphasis on the data and information in the presentation. It is also helpful in making comparisons between different sets of data. The other useful tool is the presentation assistant, which allows one to direct the attention of the audience to a particular spot. It allows the presenter to annotate and zoom the screen. Moreover, it assists the presenter open programs and files/documents swiftly.

It is necessary for the organization to conduct regular analysis of the strategies in place and make changes to ineffective strategies. The reason for implementing a quality improvement strategy in the past is that the organization needs to keep track of the changing environment and processes (Abraham & Nair, 2000). In the current world, everything changes rapidly, and it becomes paramount, therefore, to analysis the strategies in place to determine whether they are effective in the current environment. When the process appears to be ineffective, the organization recommends some changes so that the new and current trends can be accommodated. Moreover, the strategies that appear to be effective are strengthened.
