Observational notes: Students autonomy and commitment is displayed by working collaboratively with their team members in designing and creating presentations.

For self assessment, students will reflect upon their individual and team’s participation, motivation, collaboration and production.

Introduction Learn to spell various foods. Learn the shape of the earth, sun and moon. Learn the numbers 1 to 10. Learn to spell names of pets. Learn about wild animals and how to identify them.
Review Review drawing of various fruits from last week. Review Monday’s introduction. Review Tuesday’s introduction. Review Wednesday’s introduction. Review Thursday’s introduction.
Story time Mr. lion story. The clever bunny. The village boy who became king. Bobby the bear. The selfish prince and the witch.
Calendar time Class recital. Each student is required to bring a cultural musical instrument and talk about it in front of the class. Learn about our environments and importance of preserving them. Learn how to keep our environments clean. Making of the multicultural book using glue, cardboard, pictures from old magazines and ribbons.(this is very important in language recognition.) Mark on the calendar important days to the world about peace. Create peace doves to act as reminders. A visit from a blind educator. This will help breakdown stereotypes and fear about disabled people.
Circle time Bobby the bear.

Learn about fractions from a prepared video.

Identify animals from cards. Learn about physical education and exercise. Learn finger play

Dance the hoppy jump dance

Learn healthy eating, fruits and vegetables by drawing and colouring them
