Relaxation Scene, Essay Example

Words: 280

Essay

You are walking towards the ocean and feel the hot sand beneath your feet. It is warm for the first time in a while and you are excited to soak in the sun. As you approach the ocean, you breathe in the smell of the sea water and can taste the salty air. Seagulls are chirping happily and circling above. You take off your shoes and feel the grainy texture of the sand on your feet. It is warm and dry. As you draw nearer to the ocean, the sand become wet, and you feel the damp sand in between your toes. Children are in the background playing and laughing. They are clearly happy. Sunbathers rest nearby, cooling off and relaxing in the shade, enjoying the nice weather. You sit down in the sand and begin to draw in it using a stick while enjoying the view for some time.

You then roll up your pants and step into the water. It is cold at first but then becomes cool and refreshing. As you stand in the water, you look out toward the sun. There isn’t a cloud in the sky. You step out further and see a fish jump out of algae. After some time, in the distance, dolphins appear. They seem to be laughing. After watching them for some time, you decide to dry off in the sun. You lay out a towel and lie down on the beach, feeling very calm. As you lie down, you look towards the sky. The clouds are out now and they are taking on beautiful shapes. After thinking about what the clouds can be, you slowly close your eyes and fall asleep.
