This letter responds to your request for a refund on our company’s blame tires on the purchase you made. We offer different types of tires and supplies at various quality and prices. You purchased some goods from us and among them being two dozen G78 Ponzi tires belted whitewall blems for $20 each. I understand that the company Fort Smith Tire company is new to the market, and therefore the types of goods and their descriptions may be a challenge. The tires described as “blems” refer to a kind of tire that contains some blemish that does not affect the tires’ safety or wear. The minor cosmetic defects are why “blem” tires can be sold at a relatively low price than other types of tires.

According to our business policy, cosmetic blemish tires are prohibited from being returned due to their low-cost prices. It is also in our guiding principle that goods once sold are not refundable unless for extreme reasons. We as a company would want to make you our customer since it is our pleasure serving better. We have handled the same type of complaint before, and we are improving on the item’s descriptions. The terms also may vary among vendors, and because of this, we will look into this matter.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused; our goal as an enterprise is to retain you as a satisfied customer. Upon any order made from the client, we will give a detailed description of the goods purchased and even display their images.
