Incarceration among Japanese and American in WWII
The Alien Land Agreement imposes a distinct impact on how people belonging to the different social group are treated in an alien land. Practically, this law intends to make a definite impact on how the borders of countries are treated as matters of limitation of territories. Notably, with such limitations, it is obvious that individuals from different territories, especially the soldiers are given a better sense of understanding on how they are supposed to manage their connections within their enemy lines. It could be realized that it is with these lines that the guarding of the territories become possible.
Catching enemies within territorial lines have become a common culture during the stretch of the Second World War. Notably, it is through this condition that both Japanese and American spies and soldiers are incarcerated within the territories of the said fighting parties. Most likely, the culture of incarceration has become a common trend between two fighting countries. The enmity between the two conflicting countries has specifically developed and has actually made it possible for the culture of incarceration to evolve accordingly. It is during this point of history that incarceration culture has changed and transformed based on the needs of the parties in enmity between each other.
Later on, after the events that happened during the Second World War, the indication of connection between the past and the current situations have been seen to have a great impact as a determinable line that identifies the effect of past incarceration culture with the concept of resistance and loyalty between the people involved in the situation. Practically, those who are incarcerated are given the chance to prove their loyalty to their own country and the resistance that they have against the value of enmity that they are imposing especially in relation to what connection they have against the country they are establishing a distinct distance with.
People from both regions are also treated with discrimination. Those who are caught as prisoners of war are tested for their capacity to remain loyal to their own countries. Torture operations are set to examine such individuals for their loyalty or their resistance according to their actions. With the way they respond to the different situations that the prisoners are experiencing from such interrogations, it could be realized that the real matter of connection that the people have towards the nations they are loyal to could be identified immediately.
Through time, the evolution of incarceration culture around the globe even after the Second World War follows such a sense of culture especially in terms of recreating a sense of development especially on how criminals are treated and how suspects are understood according to the incriminating aspects of the law. When the individuals who are caught and incarcerated are noted for their role and relation to the countries that they came from and are considered as suspects to particular situations that endanger national security, torture became a common trend to have been considered by interrogators.
The legal sanctions that have protected prisoners have been abolished due to the rule of determining loyalty apart from the options of resistance. Considerably, it is through the culture of incarceration has developed through time especially when it comes to dealing with supposed members of the resistance force.
