Pages: 3

Essay

This essay describes observations made at one restaurants functioning on Miami Beach. It is Fogo de ichao, Brazilian steak house Import features of this restaurant that will be offered in this essay pertaining to restaurant are its presentation as a business to consumers inclusive of website presence. Next would be an examination of menus followed byanalysis of the menu styles. Thirdly my personal encounters will be outline, fourth my impressions of the businesseswould be entertained and fifth and final element an interpretation businesscultural environment as it relates to its music and observed life style of customers.

Fogo de chao, Brazilian steak house can be found in several states in the United States of America and across the globe. These include loss Angeles, Puerto Rico Mexico, Portland and Sao Palo –Jardins. This restaurant caters to the Brazilian community and lovers of Brazilian steak preparation.  However, Miami Beach is a tourist community and people all over the world visit this restaurant. There is no extensive on-line presence of the Miami Beach location exclusively, but the website presence depicts the restaurant ‘s culture globally

Steak is very nutritious for persons who can use a diet high in iron. There are also many other benefits in using a steak menu. While it is not predominantly an energy giving food the excess protein is converted to energy in the body and stored. Consequently, this steak menu allows customers to store any excess protein for later use when the body is depleted. Steak can be prepared partially, fully or slightly over-cooked  From observations of when orders are placed customers of a Brazilian culture know exactly the type of steak needed for their preferences.

According to the menu advertised there are 16 cuts of meat prepared in the in the steak menu. Since the business is not a huge chain as Mc Donalds or Churches and Burger King the advertising techniques are unique. On their website the business has a logo and is advertised with a great degree of advertising competence. Customers can see the menu and relate to businesses in various parts of the country and globe. There is limned information concerning sides offered with the steak cut from an online speculation. However, from observation in the restaurants advertisements on the menu lists and parts of the wall relate what is available.

Based on my personal encounters with customers, there seems to be a distinct order of service operating within the restaurant structure. The sequence could be described as follows:-

Step 1: Sit down, relax, and enjoy a drink while we explain the Fogo® dining experience.

Step 2: Visit our gourmet salad and sides bar. Enjoy over 30 items including fresh cut vegetables, imported cheeses, cured meats and Brazilian side dishes.

Step 3: Turn your card green side up, signaling that you are ready for our gaucho chefs to begin tableside service.

Step 4: Choose from the 16 cuts of delectable fire roasted meats that are brought to your table, sliced, and served by our gaucho chefs.

Step 5: When you are satisfied, flip the disc to the red side until you are ready for more offerings.

Step 6: If you wish, end the meal with one of our delicious desserts.

While Fogo de chao, Brazilian steak house is expected to serve a well done steak that is loved by customers who visit the restaurant and this keeps them coming back, from observations dinning at the restaurant rice, potatoes, vegetables were served complimenting the meal. In speaking with the waiter it was communicated that the business tries to serve balanced meals since some customers eat there all the time when spending time on job duties or tours.  Delicious fruit beverages are also served to order, deserts and fruits at additional costs from a steak meal.

My impressions of Fogo de chao, Brazilian steak house  is that each diner offer carries  seems to carry the shape of a green heart  on one side; the other side it is the color red signifying the power of green vegetables in facilitating healthy heart function. Essentially, from a business perspective when the green heart is turned upwards s it means that the customer is ready for waiters to serve meat.  If the red side is turned upwards waiter know that that table does not need to be served and that they can take a break.

Building on my personal impression again the aesthetics of the building has a superb for a dining culture. Background music is always recommended for dining because it helps in digestion. Music depicted a mixture of culture. It was played softly in the background, but customers could relax as they listen to their cultural piece. Calypso was interspersed with tango orchestration, soul, pop and other modest American music. This produced a very relaxing atmosphere enabling appetite to grow as digestive juices flow.

Culturally, the people who visitthe Miami Beach locationseem quite wealthy and are predominantly whites with a few blacks adding some contrast to the colors. I visited this restaurant on many occasions with friends, from my observations a variety of steak preparations are served and customers order according to their peculiar preferences

Further, analytic observations  from several  visits pertain to the customers’ response to menus, and  quality of food served at the restaurant, While some people complained that the steak was took tough for their dentures others loved the toughness. In analyzing these comments it could be that the customers misjudged the kind of steak cut he/she was ordering and perhaps, did not have the required expert on steak preparation. As such, it could be that the steak preparation was fine, but the customer had to learn what the appropriate type to order if he/he had denture issues. Essentially Miami Beach has a tourist culture. It is not a residential community. The restaurant attracts couples and a few families dining with children.
