I have organized information in such a manner that it is easier to quickly locate different information such as employer, date of employment, job title, and job description. Moreover, instead of explaining all job responsibilities in a single paragraph, I have broken them down into concise and clear sentences and presented them in bullet format. This doesn’t only help the employer quickly note different jobs I performed but also saves him time. The organization of the information may also help the employer remember the information and encourage him to refer to it in the future should he need to refresh his memory.

The employers receive hundreds and even thousands of resumes so they only have few seconds for each resume. The organization of this section makes it easier for the employer to find exactly what he is looking for. I have also added spaces between different sections so that it is clear they convey different types of information. The organization in the resume will also remind the employer I am organized and have strong written communication skills which would increase my appeal as a job applicant.
