I need a juicer because I often make fruit juice at home and want a more convenient and efficient method. Therefore, I have been looking for a juicer at a reasonable price to purchase next month. In order to compare brands, their offerings, and prices, I visited Wal-Mart, Target, and Best Buy.

I went to Wal-Mart location in Marion because there are not many electronic shops in Marion. Wal-Mart also offers convenient parking and it is rarely crowded so I can take my time to examine the products. At Wal-Mart, no sales associate asked me if I needed assistance and when I asked questions, the sales associates didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the products so it was up to me to compare products. I did notice wide selection of products and reasonable prices.

My next stop was Target in Marion. The entrance of the store really impressed me because there were cafes near the entrance and overall shopping experience was fun. Even though the sales associates at Target were also not very knowledgeable, I do give them the credit for being very helpful and quality customer service. The prices of the products at Target were almost same as Wal-Mart. For example, Hamilton Beach juicer was for sale at $49.99 at Target as compared to Wal-Mart’s $49.85.

Best Buy  in Carbondale was the closest location to where I live. But I didn’t find latest juicer models and also the prices on stock products were higher than Target and Wal-Mart. I did observe the sales staff at Best Buy was quite knowledgeable and helpful. The music was also playing in the store which enhanced shopping experience. The store interior at Best Buy was also more fanciful than Target and Wal-Mart.

I eventually went for the juice at Wal-Mart because of their wide product selection and also because I got the best price. Another factor that influenced my decision was that Wal-Mart has many locations near where I live.
