Pages: 2

Words: 680

Research Paper

The level of risk that the project is viewed to be specifically dependent upon is defined to be based mostly on the capacity of the project to remain within the scheduled budget while specifically making the cultural adjustments of the organization relatively connected to the process of applying the new system’s operational functions. With some areas of uncertainty, it is expected that there would be some constraints that could render the project unrelentingly undependable. Nevertheless, dealing with these issues along the way of applying the different clauses of the project in a more definite manner is expected to impact the project positively.

With the seven risks that were identified in the template, it could be supposed that the current culture of the company in doing what they want and using tools that they desire to be able to afford system function is among the top consideration needed to be given attention to.  Coming in as a secondary concern is that of the process by which the workers intend to use information and manage the manner by which they consider the said elements as the basis of their work’s foundation. Taking care of this particular aspect of the system should allow the condition by which the product that the organization serves its clients with is at its highest peak and is relatively convened to have a greater impact on the manner by which the workers tend to adjust their attitude towards the system.

In this case, the installation of the scheduling tool database is expected to turn around the situation and create good adjustments that are best able to make considerable indications of success for the workers and the company that they  are working for. Taking care and managing of important information is seen to be given closer attention in the consideration by which the application of the new system is defined for the workers to follow. Through changing the current work culture of the people, the product they serve to their clients is expected to be of a higher quality hence satisfying the demands of the people.

The issue on budget and costing could be relatively responded to through minimizing the different points of poor performance on the part of the people. Recognizing the capacity of the people to respond to the changes needed along with the technological advancements that are to be applied into the operation. Most so likely, the project would gain effective impact on the organization if the cooperation of the individuals involved in the process would become more intact and relatively supportive of the changes that are to come along in line with the application of the new system. Protecting their reputation among their internal and external stakeholders would become an easier task to complete if the application of the new system is followed accordingly.

Keeping record of the points of progress is expected to have a great impact on the project’s successful procurement. The weighted scorecard as responded to by the project management team members is expected to define the path that the project is to take especially in creating a new form of work environment in the organization. Establishing a new course of operation that is dependent on excellence and not on personal convenience, the workers are expected to check on themselves and follow along the lines of change and advancement that is drawn in front of them. With their desire to do what is right and acquire what would be good for the reputation of their organization shall create a motivational factor that would likely make the project meet a successful  end.
