Pages: 1

Research Paper

Through the stretch of the years 1994 to 2009, the Houthis Conflict grew fangs in the society that existed in Yemen. During this period in time, it could be identified how the two factions of the Muslim religion went against each other for the sake of imposing a more distinct control in the society. Practically, it is with the existence of this conflict that the whole community that surrounded the territories of Saudi Arabia and Iran. During this time, the Shias and the Sunnis were in constant conflict against each other. Such conflict has been fully remarked as one of the turning points of improving Muslim belief and how one sect of the religion would emerge to follow through other laws that apply to their beliefs accordingly. To protect the government from any particular attacks, the Wahhabis (the Sunni Muslims) tried to establish the defense system of the administration. However, the said approach did not pan out well as the Sunnis remained visual to those who want to see the real situation in Saudi Arabia and Iran respectively.

For instance, during the onset of the civil war, it was necessarily important to make sure that the people designated in their posts are worthy of taking the responsibility fully. The Houthis adaptation is a distinct approach towards getting the attention of the public and convincing them that the treatment they deserve from the government could be accounted for so much more compared to what they are getting at present. The Houthis were given the chance to speak and present their platform to the public. From that point on, it could be analyzed how the Houthis aimed to control their emotions and thinking. Using the option of reasoning, the readers would have a better recollection of what happened in the past and how well it has become one of the most important foundations of the modern conflict between the two religious groups thriving in the country.
