Sales fits in the marketing plan in several ways. It is a channel that is suitable for distributing the goods (tickets) to the market segment that needs it (students). The culture of the marketing campaign should be aligned with the sales messages, and sales messages can create emotional and rational connections with fans.  As the target market consists of students, it is important to tailor the sales strategies to their needs and preferences. It is, therefore, crucial to understand the target customer before designing the sales process.

According to Stage of Life, 60 percent of college students do not receive any financial support from their parents. This indicates that most of them will have a limited budget, and many of them are employed part time (over 50 percent). The lifestyle of college students is revealed by The Complete University Guide. According to the survey, 69 percent of college students spent 10 or fewer hours a week on social media sites. Sales should be carried out online, using a safe internet-based payment method, as this is the preferred way of paying among college students. Sales messages should focus on the culture of engagement, togetherness, the sharing of experience, and the value of discounts provided for college students.
