Saw Palmetto has a distinct sense of affecting the hormonal balance between men and women. Likely, for women, the results are even more expansive as it enhances the moods of females due to the fact that hormonal balance among women does a lot to support their health needs. For instance, this balance results to the regulation of periods as well as the reduction of menstrual cramps. It has also been observed that the said herb helps increase breast size among women as well as increase milk production for nursing mothers. Other women experiencing excessive hair falls do benefit so much from the herb especially that it gives the hair a more robust look.

Should a man living in Florida take St. Johns Wort? Why or why not?

It is alright for a man living in Florida to take St. John’s Wort especially of the ailment being treated is related to depression and/or mood swings that often affect the thinking, concentration and behavior of men. It is said to be just fine [considering the area in focus] because of the fact that the first study on the herb’s effect was held in the same state and the results are quite amicable to accept.

The most comprehensive discussion on herb that appealed to me was that of St. John’s Wort because of the fact that it has been found to have cured symptoms of mild to mid-severe depression. This particular mental ailment is often considered as one of the hardest ones to deal with especially because it involves psychological factors of thinking. Knowing that there is a particular herb that responds to this ailment gives hope to those suffering from it and are being disturbed by the effects of such condition of thinking.
