The movie about slavery in United States by Amistad is said to have began in eighteen thirty nine June 1839, immediately after their incarceration in an illegal ship before they were taken to Cuba. A horror-struck hit fifty three prisoners while in a yacht sailing towards Havana. However, two whites bought the yacht sailed it towards East Africa.

Africa. However, the whites changed their direction towards North East at night. Due to this inconveniences from the two whites, Amistad blocked the Eastern Island where the yacht was kidnapped by the United States marine brig. The case was taken to court for a hearing where Africans got charged of piracy, mutiny and murder and put in detention to wait for trials.

They were found guilty after a hearing ordered by President John Quincy. After all these abolitions by Amistad they were incarcerated in eighteen forty one by the Supreme Court. The movie of Amistad was affair game and happened during Atlantic slave system.

The affair of Amistad was an historic slave system. On other aspect, eight hundred Britain citizens got liberated in eighteen thirty three[1]. It is in this episode when the British Army stared to venture campaign to burry the Slave trade.

On other hand, the Africa Slave Trade was growing its roots more deeply in South America and Cuba. In eighteen thirty, Cuba slave traders enhanced importation of slaves though it was illegal at that time. The approximation of the captives was around one hundred and eighty one thousand. Though the Cuba traders went on their business, they were in fear of rumors that the America’s could seize from the trade any time.

According to Amistad’s slave history, there was a difference in ship history and other types of slave ships. During his extractions, First off he freed himself and then the rest of the salves came afterwards. As freed them, he struck a harsh terror so that they could assault the Spanish Captors and bring forth deaths of all Captors with exemption of two sailors who will eventually bring them back.

The judges made by different courts were diverse in that, the opinions from the diplomats in Spain are that the slaves be taken back to Cuba and Face a murder case.

On other hand, Amistad opposes their opinions by producing evidence documents to show that their origin was Africa but not Cuba.

Moreover, the judges proposed that the slaves from Africa were not supposed to be charged with murder case and all sorts of criminal offences as long as they are under the American’s law instead should be given the freedom to exist. The difference in Haven slavery was totally different because the council lineup did not suppose same opinions to the slaves in Haven.

On top of that, in eighteen forty, the several appeal orders were requested by the secretary in United State Court and finally taken to Supreme Court where they found Africans had been legally held as slaves. More appeals were brought forth however; the Africans were found Guilty and dismissed them.

Heavener’s had a dissimilar attitude of oppressing the minorities. According to Mayor Richard the renaissance came from Havens mainly at the black community. In this case we see a man called Percy Newton trying to struggle for lawyer skills in order to oppose the harassment by the Police in their neighborhood. In nineteen sixty six he found a self defense party with legal law books and guns. This mainly was made to ensure that; civil rights for every human being was observed.

The Panthers another party which detested the making of profit through salves instead anticipated for transformation of domineering society to communalist society. Through this everybody would struggle to make his or life free rather than harassing the rest. To ensure the transformation, they were supposed to employ administrators to cater for their needs and desires of freedom.

Garry, developed a theory of opposing slavery. Through this he proposed that the criminal system be set a side for criminal offences but torturing innocent human beings by ancient lawful system and moralist. The affair of Amistad was to condemn slave trade.

According to Supreme Court, he was legally correct to declare slavery on Africans[2]. This is because the United Stated Laws enhances that the black people are no longer American’s citizens therefore they should be imprisoned. This decision was passed along in eighteen fifty seven by the chief Justice Taney and a seconding decision by Missouri.

It was fulfilled by another slave who had appealed the Supreme Court for freedom. Taney the chief advocate of the slave claimed for a support of setting free the slave though he was a black but he proved him guilty.  His views were different from those passed by Judge Dred Scott. His opinions demonstrated freedom of black people though not American’s citizens while Dred Scott went centrally to his.

The slavery had an impact on institutions since it was based the Southern Americans economy. This was greatly witnessed between eighteen forty one and eighteen sixty one when Whitney created a cotton gin. However, there were greater plans on intensifying the agricultural economy in both southern and northern regions

Remember that the slavery became more political and social issue after invention by Whitney no matter the opposition of the abolitionist. The impact highly affected the northern region which resulted to a hidden idea during the civil war.

On top of this it affected the large forces which could enhance cultivation in the region therefore lowering economic success which came prior before the Civil War. The history should consider equity for all human beings since all men were created equal before God therefore should bear all the rights a man is supposed to enjoy on. However, Abolitionists were annoyed by the decision therefore did not wish to argue on the phrase of equality since it would destruct slavery.
