Stakeholder Analysis is the system used to classify the main people who have to be won over. Stakeholder planning is utilized to develop the support that assists the organization to succeed. Stakeholder Management is a significant order that successful people exercise to win back up from others. It assists them ascertain that their plans thrive where others fall short. Shareholders interests are normally, naturally value-based, and they formulate their assessments based on the weighted possibility that the business objectives or the project will upshot in substantial economic proceeds.

In this scenario, the supporter of the project is the CIO of the company, the management of the company totally support the project, the stakeholders are; Sales (Chicago Headquarters and Ottawa, Canada), Product fulfillment (Denver and Ottawa), Customer service (Denver), Billing (Chicago), Marketing (Chicago). The customers who will benefit from this project is the entire organization, all the business units in HLR Inc company.
