The first statement has a distinct representation of a fallacy of slippery slope. The two statements that define the overall context and meaning of the message are laid upon negative ideas put together. Although the statement may be correct, it would be best helpful if one of the statements took the positive tone thus making it easier to understand for the readers to know the cause-and-effect pattern of the said issue at hand.

The second statement falls under the fallacy of argument onappeal to ignorance. This particular type of fallacy specifically implies that not just because one person thinks that a particular matter is wrong, everyone should consider the idea real and factual. The need to provide evidence is still essential in making such statements.

This statement presents hasty generalization as its base of fallacy. While many may agree to the statement and the message it presents about fathers and the existence of such issues related to the said matter, it could be understood that the repetitive stance from which the argument is founded upon makes the statement more doubtful than clarified in the end.

Considering that the ones involved in the case did not speak and were not in any way able to present their side of the story, and yet the case has been closed, this statement corresponds with the fallacy of questionable cause. No conclusions could be made from silence; assumptions only make decisions further fallacious in nature. Although the report aims to raise questions, to make implicative thoughts on the part of the readers, it would have been helpful to present the reason behind the silence of the ones involved in the case, thus making the statement unbiased; presenting both sides of the story in a full context.

This statement takes the false alternative as a fallacious presentation of the details on why parole should be abolished. Parole is an established element of the justice system as an individual or a group of individuals are sentenced to particular points of punishment. Considerably, the appeal to probability eliminates the worth of parole in the system, pointing out only its negative characteristics. With this statement, clarifying why parole system exists has been neglected thus rendering the statement fallacious in nature. It could have been helpful if the presentation of the pros and cons has been handled in the writing of the overall context of the message.

Weak analogy; this fallacy presents the ideal nature of this statement as it distinctively seeks to define the situation on the arms dealing with Saudi Arabia to be somewhat unethical, even illegal in some terms. However, such assumption or conclusion has been taken from someone who did not even have a say on the case. When one does not give anything or say anything about a matter, the entire statement presented in behalf of such statement becomes fallacious as it does not have any strong foundation nor a strong source that could render the message factual.
