CVG and CVC groups differ because one develops new products and the other develops startups that may help the business. Both are necessary to establish the company, as the CVG will help the company find ways to make additional profit, while the CVC will help the company reduce its expenses, thereby generating a larger degree of profit. Establishment of a CVC will help the company further centralize, which will help its operations become more efficient. This will therefore also contribute to a greater degree of profit, as finished products can be completed in a lesser amount of time under this model.
