Essay

What companies need to understand is that in a business the customer is always right. To put this into much consideration, management of a given business can put an assumption that they are required to pay an amount that is equal to the utmost concentration of each customer at all times. A substantial amount of assets are therefore believed to be essential to service businesses that would fortunately categorize the issue as the key. This means that they need to put all this effort in each business. In real sense, not all of the country’s interests are created on an equal bench to venture into business with other countries. In fact, in other states some businesses are crucial for the survival of the country that comes together with the same country for a business purpose (Blanchard, 1988).The quandary that the countries face and ends up they withdraw out from other is to correctly determine the position of their business. But the issue still remains that how and when do management position their resources to give clients the service to the required standards and at what level do they consider that. In the meantime, since an associate marketing relationship is usually a win to win situation, the associates will as well enjoy the small profit. Primarily, these could be the easy way to have an income instead of the associates to withdraw from the business.

The success of the future for the company depends on the capability of managing a wide range of body which involves the aptitude that can lead to the ideas which are innovative, perspectives and the work views. The challenge faced at a place of work can be changed into any of the strategic asset of the organization if in any case the company is capable to profit from this pot of various melting talents (Koonce, 1997). With combinations of talents coming all the way from all aspects of the cultural background, ages and the lifestyles, the management of a health care center can respond positively to the opportunities and creativity especially in a global point of view. This is one of the significant objectives to be achieved by an organization. But in a case that the organization setting is not able support any of the diversity widely, and then one might risks of losing the talent to the competitors.
