Project managers in the present day’s organizations are fitting as the latest “boss”. Currently reading the book many critical analysts said that this book runs through truths and lies that we face when we are serving in the company. Some Quotations from Great lines of management

For a manager, there is an equation that Employees Input is equal to more work and that is equal to bad. (Great Lies in Management ). The basic concept given in the book can be summarized as the least effective employees are systematically move to some place where they can do less damage. And this cannot be proved as successful strategy. (Book Review: The Dilbert Principle:). “Our employees are our most valuable asset” but employees only feel safer till the time they are in contract. Input is important to us. What kind of input that can be? There can be possibly may inputs that may lead to loss. Many of the project leaders have never made any such comments because he has witty insights that can never be found in real management books. For examples he says that you must always carry a document in your hand to look a busy person. He says that computer is a good invention its makes the worker look busier even if they are shopping  for their family online. Dilbert has not given an exact reflection of different aspects of modern working area, while he gives some ideas about the relationship between being professional and office ethic. (Great Lies in Management ). They way he described the things are not made in ordinary books of managements or ordinary project leaders.
