The Dimension of Experiential Anthropology, Essay Example

In the field of understanding the different dimensions of medical anthropology, the discussion on how experiential anthropology helps in identifying the different conditions of healthcare developments in a society seems to be most interesting. The reason behind this course of interest is the fact that medicine and healthcare development tends to create new dimensions of discoveries through time alongside the changes in the society. Relatively, these developments, may they be negative or not, intend to create new waves of distinctive conditions by which the study of medicine enters new assumptive developments.

For instance, the introduction of medical phenomena during the years 2008 towards the year 2010 on Avian flu, helped in the creation of immunization medications that would specifically prevent the possible occurrence of such situation in the society again. Realizing the possible spread of disease same to what happened in the early 19^th century such as that of the Spanish influenza, the medical practitioners of the modern time took the possible precautions and intended to find the cure as fast as needed for the sake of the society’s safety.

It is assumed that through the years, the same factorial impact of medical anthropology based on experiential background would continue to guide medical practitioners and researchers in finding new ways of curing developing social phenomenon. Relatively, such matter makes it easier for the medical society to become more advanced and specifically developed in assuming the occurrence of new phenomenon and thus instantiate immediate progress in the field of healthcare as well. These progressive conditions would do well to assist humans to face new phases of social development alongside the healthcare needs that they are supposed to be provided with.
