The entertainment industry spends hundreds and thousands of dollars to be able to produce the items and presentations that are offered in the market. In relation to this fact, it could be understood that the organizations enjoined within the said industry try their best to protect the rights that are connected with their products. This allows them to gain profit from every release of products in the market. Notably, there are other individuals and some solo-agencies that are interested in producing and distributing the said products [such as film, music and other entertainment products] to other individuals in the market within an acceptable range of rate of payment and earn from the same items as well. However, because of the copyrights rule, such a matter cannot be handled in a legal manner. This is the reason why the emergence of piracy continues to rise.

On the other hand, the relative condition by which the companies earn becomes specifically different especially in consideration with modern developments that are happening in the market especially in relation to modern digital operations. Because of the increasing pressure of entertainment development along with the expansive definition of digital industries as it becomes involved in the system of files reproduction and distribution, the realization of copyrights rule becomes specifically important.

Understandably, such protection creates a definite source of confidence in the industry as they develop into a more internationalized system. The desire of other individuals and agencies to distribute the productions of the legitimate organizations could be given way but only with limited consideration thus protecting the overall operation of the entertainment industry worldwide.
