The Google brand includes a number of products and evolved into becoming one of the top one hundred most respected and acknowledged brands in the world. The Google brand has established this aspect by aligning its strategic business objectives with its human resource objectives. The Google brand has been able to implement its human resource management in such a way whereas they maintain a collegiate environment. This informal aspect has stimulated the creation of intellectual capital among its human resource assets. This stimulation has added value to the Google brand (Kuntze & Matulich, 2010).

Consequently, the human resource department of Google has been enhanced by its alignment with the management of Google. The employees at Google are given extraordinary incentives in order to continue adding value to the Google brand by the implementation of intellectual capital. This alignment between the management at Google and the human resource department is the most significant causal attribute behind the phenomenal growth of the Google brand (Kuntze & Matulich, 2010).
