A company’s internal business processes are the day to day activities. These processes should be performed in a way that leads to the satisfaction of customers and the shareholders. It is essential for a company to keep discovering and implementing new internal processes so that they can increase the satisfaction delivered to its stakeholders.

Proctor and Gamble has three objectives for improving the organization’s internal business processes. These are:

Mission: to continue to serve consumers by continuously innovating products that will allow us to be leaders in household and personal care, health care, and food products. All the objectives have a part to play in achieving this mission.

Strategy: to grow by touching and improving the lives of more consumers in more parts of the world. If the internal processes are done effectively, then it is no doubt that lives will be improved. (Proctor and Gamble 2010)
