While reading the lecture by Dr. Bloom, it was interesting learning that nature , as well as quality of individual experience may be completely comprehended when simultaneously observed through the social background. Fundamental sociological view , which grows out of psychological research of individuals, as well as their experiences of group behavior, groups, and group membership. Thus, this view becomes an fundamental component of psychological understanding, particularly as it relates to growth, development, as well education. We gain conceptual and practical knowledge of the means in which groups form and develop, the way they function and vie with each other, as well the multi-dimensional impacts groups[1]. The behavior of an individual is greatly impacted by a group interaction.

Additionally, the seeds of group behavior are sown even before its members meet. Group affiliation soon increases even stronger as group members interact, which will influence individual’s conformity, which will pull our attitudes, as well as behaviors in line with other members. This will further influence the decision-making process among the different groups in the society. Members of a given group are regularly needed to make decisions together, where a close-knit group to stress consensus at the expense of critical thinking, as well as rational decision-making. It is evident that completing tasks in a group setting may cause tasks to be completed at a high rate, or faster as compared to tasks performed by individuals, which can be termed as social facilitation. Individuals will want to perform better in the presence of peers will inspire them to complete the task more efficiently and rapidly. Others will socially act in a way he/she perceives the group to act to attain acceptance[2].
