In the above article the writer says that Public Administration has two meanings. Firstly, public administration is aligned with the government policies and secondly, it is academic studies in which students learn about formulate and implement the policies of government. It serves the basic need of lower economic class peoples. Public sectors try to balance the society by providing the facilities and serving the people from every social economic class. The private organizations are profit oriented. However, the public sector is always society oriented. They always engage such activities which are beneficial and improvement of society.

In the above article the writer says that the academic study of public administration prepares the student for civil servants in the public service sector. The main work of public administration is planning, organizing, coordinating, directing and controlling of government operations.

In public administration, the growth in job is low as compare to private organizations. The promotion in the public sector is based on experience. Now, students are more attractive private organizations. However, they also need to understand the importance of the public sector. The public sector serves those people which are from low economic class.
