Essay

It is significant to outline where the various policies obtain money from that is used to execute them. The three policies that are to be considered include international, drug, and environmental policies. This will also take into account the eight models to explain where the money that executes the policies comes from. Therefore, this paper is aimed at finding the various sources of money that implements the three stated policies.

The eight models take regard of the policies to make public rules by legislation in terms of policies. They allow co-ordination in relation to the policies made. It issues instructions to ensure there is co-ordination of the policies. For example, the drug policy gets financial ad through the various campaigns from the government and foreign aid. The policies obtain finance and resources through productive activity, which is much influenced by aggregate demand. This is the entirety productive capacity from the economy. Consequently, the policies through the economy productivity are able to obtain money and other resources that help in running them (Fox and Syeed 2007).

The international policy is concerned with aspects of foreign taxes and transactions within a certain location. The private sector has also been a major source of finance to the policy and the eight models politics. Sometimes it is clear those inadequate macroeconomic outcomes that need active policy by the public sector, require environmental policy actions from the government to stabilize products over the business cycle. One of the major sources of finance to the policies is the transaction with foreign entities that denotes export and import of goods and materials. This has played a major basis of money acquisition by these policies (Harrington and Estes 2009).

Mixed economy is another aspect in the private sector that contributes to the finance obtained by the policies and the eight models of politics. This serves in predominantly private sectors. However, the role of the government in intervention recessions is as the standard economic model. Nevertheless, it is losing some influence due to tax charge. For instance, the monetary policy denotes that it is based on the relationship in the rates of interest compared to that of the economy.  This is addressed through the amount of the money borrowed with regard to total supply of money. This policy thus uses various tools to control economic growth, exchange rates with various currencies, and inflation.

A policy can increase the amount of finances supply of funds. Stabilization policy is of great importance as it reduces the amplitude on the business cycle. The government expenditure can be absorbed to increase the aggregate demand thereby increasing the economic activity. The inducement to investment on the policies counts for reduction in the rate of interest and investment in infrastructure by the government.

The policies in the eight models also obtain money through open market operations. This entails quantity of money, which is in circulation on selling and buying by managing of various financial instruments. These financial instruments include treasury bills, foreign currencies and bonds of the company. Through this, the policies are able to raise finances. For instance, the environmental and international policies cut down o exports, which reduce the consumption of fuel in shipping or flying produce over. In the offices, they try fair trade teas, coffee and various products where possible. Recycling of paper has also been a major income to this policy (Alessandro 2006).

In conclusion, policies and models in politics are very essential to policies making and their implementations. Hence, it is important to note that policies acquire money from financial tools that are in line to company policies. The sources of money to the policies, therefore, are foreign currencies, company bonds and treasury bills.
