Healthcare is the industry that provides affordable medical services. It is aimed at preserving and strengthening the physical and mental health of every person to maintain his long and active life, giving him medical treatment in case of deterioration health. The government played an indirect role, however, since one underlying force as the institutions difficulty in coping with the growing complexities of regulatory requirements and entrepreneurs. That is why such great structure needs permanent controlling – a set of rules and instructions which specify accountability of medical services and give a guarantee to usual patient. Such responsibility refers to the mechanism by which medical organizations are held responsible for their behavior in case if ones follow truth way.
A society requires and needs quality of medical care and the presence of strong mechanism of regulatory requirements. These elements and the ideals they represent fit the held values and expectations about the way health care should be provided. Today issues of quality range from the treatment of particular patients, medical professionalism and nurse care do not have enough trust. Every tenth patient regularly faces medical incompetence. These developments have potential implications for all important aspects of the health system pertaining to how well it fulfills the demands of particular patients and the communities, its cost, and the quality of care (Gray, 1991). The development of separate regulatory mechanism may also have been retarded by the suspicion that some calls for license accreditation or certification of need requirements were little more than attempts to protect existing institutions from competition. The first thing which can develop existing regulatory requirements is a federal support for hospital construction, the second is a permanent qualification control of medical staff, third case – regular audit and counting in a sphere of paid medical services. Only precise control and true accountability build solid ethical and legal foundation.
There is absolutely no doubt that every person wants to succeed in business, have more profits than losses and have that things which others do not. If one person can get it with the help of personal abilities and talents, then a leading financial company needs specialized tools which help to be afloat. Certainly such thing as a business plan is an integral part of a successful entrepreneurship.
The business plan is commonly considered an indispensable starting point for the majority of entrepreneur efforts. In reality, a business plan is an integral tool for any business as a way to a map out a desired short- and medium-term future (Ford, Bornstein, and Pruitt, 2007). The main purposes of a business plan are strategy for the future (the best case there are a lot of ways of company’s development), and an expected result which becomes an effective tool for a business owner to assess the ongoing performance of the company, and to project future profits (Ford et al., 2007, p. 7). Speaking about the business plan financials, one should mind that they reflect the current budget figures and show the ways to comply with the stipulated financial targets (Ford et al., 2007, p. 7).
Nevertheless, a plan has to provide not only positives moment of a company’s progress but also such factors as financial crush. It might be suggested that there are the most fundamental aspects. Primarily a wise entrepreneur has to take into account all possible misses and a business plan should be like a warning. Such factors as irrational use of recourses and an unstable state of the economic environment can lead the company to failure. The task of a business plan in such case is showing models of other alternatives and nearest perspectives. Another important aspect of a business plan gives a description of possible profits, real profits and expected ones. Clearly such monitoring is not detailed, but it presents a whole picture of company’s progress.
