Plan Evaluation

Through executing the set goals and objectives if the week, I was able to realize alignment to my personal values and purposes. I was able to translate to my values and purposes through the set activities in the following ways:

Through maintaining a strict bible study schedule, I was able to realize spiritual nourishment that helped redefine and align me to my deep values and purposes while reflecting this to my daily life.

Through maintaining a three day-a-week morning run, I was able to move closer to my physical fitness goals. This allowed me to operate at optimum physical conditions throughout the week, having less instances of fatigue during the day.

By paying attention to familial relations, I was able to achieve a peaceful and cohesive environment at home allowing for meaningful growth in relations through family activities.

By giving more time to my spousal obligations, I was able to realize a sense of happiness, joy and tranquility in my overall demeanor throughout the week, even in stressful situations.
