HR scorecard is also critical tools in strategic HR management. They are applicable in achieving a connection between the coherent definition of departmental objectives as well as performance and the strategic business goals of the organization. The HR scorecards are used to focus on the activities of human resources that are likely to prop up the goals of the business. They also leverage the strategic non-monetary performance metrics to the traditional financial measures (Dessler, 2015).
