The Vionjama Multilateral High School, Essay Example

On behalf of Vionjama multilateral high school alumni association, I wish to solicit assistance of any amount, from your organization through you. The association intends to build a 175,000-dollar library on the school campus and we need your assistance.

Voinjama multilateral high school is in Lofa County, in republic of Liberia. The school was built by World Bank and completed in 1978. It sits on a fifty-acre piece of land. For many years, the school was among the best in the country. In fact, before the civil war Voinjama multilateral high school was among the top school, graduating over four hundred student in year. However, due to the civil war that hit our country the school infrastructure was destroyed. As you can see from the attached picture the once beautiful school is no more. For this reason, we the former student living in united state and Canada have decided to rebuild the school library to our brother and sister.

We write to ask your organization to super our goal by making cash donation of any amount. Please feel free to make a donation through the tax-deducted account that is have provided. Whatever assistance you will give will be highly appreciated and your name will be placed on the lobby of the finished library for all to see. We will also provide an account of how your donations were used.
