Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats analysis

Strengths and weaknesses factors are internal to the club. Opportunities and threats are the external factors to the club.

Strengths

The club is the first of its kind since it targets women. It offers other additional services in addition to horse riding, which include a restaurant, spa, Olympic –size swimming pool and a Jacuzzi. All these activities are essential for women to participate in and thus, managers should use this strength to their advantage by introducing games that will involve daughters and mothers. This strategy aims at increasing the existing bond between them, which spills down to increased profits for business with additional services offered at a discount. Consequently, this encourages women to opt for long-term membership plans that ensure more stable and predictable revenue stream. Lack of competition should be used positively by introducing other services that involve the participation of other community members. This will promote peace, unity, love and respect among all and encourages women to join the club.

Weaknesses

The business model is prone to add more expenses to the business therefore, the managerial team needs to look for other activities that can be incorporated into their business plan. For those seasons with low customer turn out, the club should introduce cooking classes and other activities like kneading, sawing among others that will add the clubs revenue.

Opportunities

Loyalty from customers is an advantage to the club members because they will be able to use this chance to introduce other factors that improve the lives of Dubai women. The current society advocates for equality in the society and thus, women will be independent and earn the respect of men in the community. For business, this is positive and hence, leaders need to use their managerial skills in reaching out to those traditions in society. Ancient traditions pull the company down, but with implementation of new strategies, the business will flourish and gain recognition in the globe.

Threats

In business, taking risks enables organizations understand all features supporting the success of the business. Therefore, research and development needs to be conducted for the business to counter-attack the uprising problems professionally to minimize the chances of business collapse.
