As such, nursing students are able to maintain a basis in order to comprehend the mandated prerequisites for both devising and facilitating the necessary change elements that will be carried out over a protracted period of time and can be effectively sustained. Change management in relation to nurse practitioner programs is based on the capacity to develop strategies in relation to strategies for improvement, which enables change to take place throughout the healthcare organization in addition to the policy within healthcare firms. Moreover, pecuniary developments allow DNP advocates to oversee that change takes place at an organizational level within arrangements therein in addition to professional culture. Financial infrastructure within healthcare organizations are also involved in this process, which enables various employees to remain steadfastly committed to their respective healthcare organization and the changes that take place therein. Indeed, nurses play a critical role in facilitating the placement of various strategies within healthcare organizations through their role as advocates within the community. Moreover, understanding finances and economics is critical for nurses due to the fact that they need to comprehend how external pecuniary sources such as revenues, profits, and costs undergird how patient healthcare is carried out and delivered, meaning such forces govern the way that patients and nurses interact with one another. The supply of DNPs must sufficiently measure up with the demand for healthcare services in order to effectively provide patients with the optimal care asked for. If this demand is not met then patient care will be subpar and insufficient. DNPs must pinpont the relationship between supply and demand within the healthcare system in ways that diverge from other important industries,
