People who are passing by apply the non-person perspective toward the panhandler. This is inferred by the asocial urban norm of one person ignoring the presence of others in their proximity.  In addition, the passersby may give the other persons in their proximity a subtle form of recognition or enter into an interaction with the stranger in some way (Lankenau 297). Many apply the non-person treatment toward panhandlers in acting as if these people are stationary non- mobile objects. This is attributed to the attitude of indifference that stems from the consistent stimulation to which urban dwellers are exposed. The constant stimulation is the causal attribute of the city dweller responding with a minimal amount of enthusiasm and energy. This attitude, in addition to the stigmas that are associated with strangers in urban environments causes a minimalist reaction (Lankenau 296) .The most popular behavior that can be applied by the panhandlers is the narrative approach. The narrative approach communicates the dramatic quality of panhandling. The narratives are applied by the panhandlers in order to elicit emotional responses from the passersby (Lankenau 301).Another popular approach applied by panhandlers is the sign perspective. The panhandlers may inscribe a message on the sign and allow the sign to communicate to the passersby. The panhandlers who apply signs are reliant on the passersby to start the verbal interaction (Lankenau 301).

The training program is perceived as emotional education. The emotional motivations are the qualities that can be applied in order to enable the students to market books. The article discusses the application of emotional mining in order to discover the emotional capital that had not been previously realized by the student’s coworkers. In addition, an emotional bridge is applied in order to develop an attachment between the previous identity of the student and the new identity that is being developed on the job (Schweingruber&Berns 328). Teacher’s behaviors can conform to the self-fulfilling forecast by facilitating anticipations with regards to the students ‘outcomes. This infers that if the teachers perceive that the students are late developers who are in a stage of development that will be realized as the instructor is imparting the class, the instructor may try harder in order to make the self-fulfilling forecast a reality. In the study that was demonstrated, the students who had been classified as late bloomers excelled in the classroom while showing substantial academic enhancement over the scholastic year (Blaine 44). The stereotypes that are present are the aptitudes of women in mathematics. Another stereotype is that white having the characteristics of being racist. The other stereo types are the capacities of the students from elevated socioeconomic levels performing better on intellectual endeavors than students who originate from modest socioeconomic backgrounds. Other stereotypes may be that women have greater levels of social sensitivity than males. The comparison of whites and Asians on mathematics achievement is another stereotype. In addition, the performance of blacks and Hispanics with regards to sports development as compared to white is another stereotype.  As a principle, individuals can only innovate a completely novel and personal repertoire of knowledge, values and beliefs. In actuality, individuals only make slight changes to the cultural perspective that is inherited.  Outgroupmembers can be defined in accordance to stereotype consistency prejudice (Blaine 57).
