Veolia Transport is a transport company operating in a number of regions all over the world, the company has been offering transport services in almost seven geographic regions amongst them are France, Germany, Netherlands, central Europe UK and Asia. At present the company is the world leader in the private transportation sector with Veolia Transport is a world leader in private transportation with a varied portfolio of train, bus, ferry and tram networks across the world.

Veolia transport operates in major cities and other parts of New South Wales (NSW) and has been operating buses within Sydney metropolitan area from 1999. The company has started operating services out of the five depots which are located at Menai, Taren Point, Revesby, Bankstown and Villawood. Veolia transport was initially Connex is part of a French based multinational enterprise-Veolia Environment specializing in transport services within the company. The company operates under various names in different countries. For example, in North America and Israel the company is called Veolia Transportation; in Germany it is called Veolia Verkehr while in Lebanon and jersey, the company uses the former name Connex
