The organization might be affected because the decisions might lead to poor service, which will discourage customers. The decisions made might be costly to the organization. In this case, the hospital should involve professionals from various fields like healthcare, finance, staff, and other relevant professionals. Professionals from the finance department will assist the hospital by determining the costs of obtaining clinical support services from the three ways. After cost determination, the hospital will choose a method that is affordable, effective, and efficient when providing clinical support services. Professionals in healthcare department will assess the quality of clinical services provided in the three ways of providing clinical support services. Staff are the immediate people dealing with customers or patients and will recommend the best method of offering services as per the needs of the patients. The hospital should choose a method in which quality and affordable services will be offered to the customers. It is because customers are driven by the quality of services offered and the cost of the services in the hospital.

To assess the effectiveness of clinical support services, record of accomplishment on the previous services offered should be determined. It will indicate how the services were offered previously and if there is any improvement on the services offered for a certain period. Customers can be involved on the assessment through observations and survey on how they are being served when seeking medical services. Customers are the immediate people receiving the services, and they will respond on the quality of services offered to them. The hospital will use the information obtained on the assessment to make conclusions and recommendations when choosing an effective way of offering clinical support services.
