According to the hypothesis, the individual’s preference have changed towards the importance of the young people’s self-realization and individual chemistry.  Therefore the different societies will prove less concerned to take decisions that will show some long term commitment (Dushkina et, al. Using simpler terms of explanations means that the population and behavioral change was characterized by the economic environment, because the current young adults today are a reflection of the generation which was marked by the economic recession which was evident in 2008. It is very likely that the experience of financial crisis will lead to a reduced financial risk problem affinity which is a huge problem among the young people. The adults are likely to continue seeing huge diversities in terms of financial and behavioral patterns. Among the main patterns of change that are observable here are: leaving home and parenthood, which will largely contribute to a difference in the percentage of marriages.
