According to Eric William, management is a synergy of four major components which are planning, organizing, leading and controlling. In fact, these four elements are known as four main pillars of the management through which the building of an organization can be sustained (Wong et al., p.90). Management is the most significant element of an organization, without an appropriate level of management, it is almost next to impossible for the companies to stand on their feet and remain competitive. Management is a driving force which not only improves the operative nature of the companies, but also it can enhance the strategic behavior of the companies. The existence of management is necessary for an organization because it is the only thing through which powerful actions can be taken into account by the companies for their utter betterment. In my personal thoughts, management has a high stance in planning and organizing the things in a well-directed manner, and it has equal importance for the companies to maintain their significance in the market.
