In the aim of creating a good distinction of the different values and factors that make up an effective non-profit organization, this research shall utilize both an actual interview process and a literary-based study that could enhance the value of the whole presentation of data relating to the issue at hand. While there are different organizations operating in the society today, it could be analyzed that thriving non-profit organizations are not only able to survive the face of economic adversities, but also give the community with the support that they need. The consideration over their existence is expected to provide a clear vision on how non-monetary-driven organizations are able to survive the different waves of social changes and how management procedures could actually be improved according to such factors of social retention of the said organizations.

To complete the research, particular references from Edwards (2002) and Frumkin (2005) shall be utilized. These references are focused upon determining the most comprehensive procedures that make nonprofit organizations effective in reaching their goals and become more extensive especially in reaching out the actual needs of the community members they are existing with. Their presentations and discussions shall be used to identify the different principles surrounding the tools of proper management of non-profit organizations worldwide.

As for the interview section, this research shall interview at least five primary administrators of known nonprofit organizations in particular areas where social needs are in need of being given specific attention to. The interview sessions shall try to collect data that would outline the actual application of theories and principles of good management that make particular nonprofit organizations successful through the years.
