WFM is one of America’s largest organizations serving the market today. It could not be denied that the products it serves the community with create a distinct impact on the reputation that the business is basically noted for. Based on the goal of promoting and developing different options of improving vitality and health among individuals in the society, the business creates several programs that would allow them to offer organic food resources that are understood as necessary for human health improvement. Gaining positive response from the public, WFM grew into becoming 12th of the largest food retailer in the market. With such power in the market, the business now offers its product in the US, Canada and UK.

To note, the company also adapts a sustainable process of food production. Knowing that their resources are limited but the demand is heightened all at once, the business embraces a system of effective and definite production whereas the waste is controlled accordingly, hence making sure that every part of the harvest they use to manufacture their products are used efficiently. This strategy does not only imply on better production process, it also lowers the cost of expenses that the company incurs during the point of production. It is also through this strategy that the highly perishable goods that the business offers the market with does make it to the hands of the target buyers. Effectively, WFM is able to increase sales and lower cost of expenses due to the application of this strategy. Allowing it to grow further from the year 2010 onwards. The mark of the business’ success could be considered as part of its strategic consideration of what the market demands for and how the organization could respond to it accordingly. It is through this that the company was able to change the attitude of the public towards what is notably understood as healthy eating and healthy living. Understandably, it could not be denied that the primary goals of the business has been realize accordingly.
