Working With Elementary School Administrators and Teachers, Essay Example

Essay

Upon reading and reflecting upon Working with Elementary School Administrators and Teachers by Ruth G. Newman, I now see that having consulting groups in educational settings proves to be more efficient than otherwise thought of. In particular, what spoke most to me about the reading at hand is the manner by which having psychological consultation in educational settings proves to be a great thing because of the ways in which certain outcomes within certain institutions can be improved. I enjoyed the reading because it seems as if everyone who underwent consultation was improved in one way or another. A great way in which this was exemplified in the reading was the way in which the consulting was able to help all kinds of institutions administration, ranging from elementary schools all the way to high schools.

Without a doubt, it would not come  as a surprise to find out that if and when these same strategies were implemented within a larger educational institution, such as a college, that the results would invariably be the same. This would be because I the consulting methods are so effective and those giving the consulting are professionals who know exactly what they are doing. Ultimately, I believe that these strategies are entirely useful, as they help understand that paradigm and reform that is currently taking place within a variety of educational institutions. Upon having the opportunity to read and fully comprehend these readings, I know see what kinds of things are important to have in educational institutions
