Warren lists all of the areas (as well as specific sub-areas) that need to be addressed in the meeting with his staff. This is an important first step in plan development. What is the next logical step in the planning process?

After understanding the different areas that need attention n relation to the case being resolved by the team, it is just right to find the right people for the right task. It could be understood that it is with such approach that the tasks needed to be completed by the team would be given attention to within a specific span of time. The leader is expected to know more about his members rather than their names. Knowing who they are and what they can do, a project manager would be able to establish a good work flow between the members of the team based on their capacities and that the tasks that need to be completed accordingly.

This phase would allow the team members become better directed towards the primary goal of the team and purpose that the project is basically founded upon. The process of clarifying the goals for the team could be considered alongside the manner by which the right people are being assigned for particular tasks that they are likely to best work on. Considerably, with the specific areas to be addressed being given attention to, the project manager would be able to measure specific points of determinable purpose that makes a practical approach in making sure that the project gets completed as needed and as expected. Making a distinct impact on how the entire project would turn out a project manager needs to ensure that a relative number of individuals should be given the chance to perform within the said tasks and assure that the said members would be able to complete tasks according to deadline and according to expected quality of the result.
