Since NetApps product is focused in increased data storage systems that could be used to improve user satisfaction through internet applications, it is assumed that the business operations embraced by the business would be largely affected by the said matter of concern. With operations focused on determining the concept of development based on the interactive connection the business has with the clients it targets to serve, the overall business plan shall be based upon the said matter thus increasing the level of trust that could be given to the operators of the business as they face massive competition in the industry (Pinson, 2004).

As noted through the different elements making up the overall value of this diagram, it could be realized that the marketing plan of the business is the central element that controls the operation. Effectively managing the marketing process by which the business evolves in directly insists on how much improvement the organization needs to embrace when it comes to determining how it uses its other resources including the capital value of money and the relative value of human resources as the defining elements of the organization (Berkem, 2008). Through following the desire to become more effective in the way they operate, the organization’s focus on developing a more efficient process of improving business conditions based on the attention they give to the value of consumer behavior that identifies well with their desire to provide the necessities demanded for by the market.

Financial Management Plan

The financial resources of the company identify the starting point of its operation. It could be understood that the ways by which the organization shall survive the challenge of development would highly depend on how effective the monetary resources are cared for.  Most likely, it could be understood that the financial management operation that the business would adapt into would be based on the integration of transactions that the organization has with the clients through internet connections as they are basically operating through the worldwide web. The practical options of development assisted through online secured transactions shall define the overall capacity of the business to provide competent service to prospected clients online. To increase sales possibilities, developing trustworthy operations of online transaction ought to be given specific attention to, which is also a part of the financial management operations of the organization.

Marketing Plan

The marketing plan of NetApp shall be focused on getting as much attention as necessary from the market it hopes to assist and provide service to. Part of such goal is utilizing the social network to reach out to the public. Through Search Engine Optimization strategies to promote the actual website of the organization thus improving the way it is able to insist on how it reaches the target market and invite them to complete transactions with the business. The marketing plan shall also be developed through the insistent use of modern technology in improving the way the target clients are reached.

Human Resource Management Plan

In line with the diagram presented before the discussion noted in this paper, the human resource management plan would depend on the division of work needed to be given attention to especially when it comes to determining the overall function of the organization in the industry it is engaged with (Pezzo, et al, 2006). The distribution of people to be designated on the different business functions of the organization dedicated to its desire to increase profit shall be considered to gain distinct guidance on the concentration the organization has towards the most determinable aspects of improved operation that the business shall engage with especially in connection with increasing sales and improving the organization’s connection with the market it serves.

Conclusion

The way the organization functions through the internet plays a great role in determining the overall value that the organization has especially when it comes to determining and responding to the desires of the market. The way the world accepts the internet as the primary source of information that the people need to function fully. Practically, the way the business reaches out to the market and the public it hopes to serve shall identify well with how it could engage in the development it hopes to embrace.
