The company can achieve its goal to expand its operation and increase the industrial reputation of the country by engaging researchers to take part in different projects and get involved in social responsibility initiatives. Create a clear vision for the company; determining the core values, directions and development areas. As the main challenges of the company are the lack of regulation and research initiatives, resources, it is advisable that the company would work on projects that engage communication, discussion, innovation, as well as the promotion of the core values of the organization.

As the UAE has a high capacity for innovation, and the company is able to create competitive employee packages with high wages and training, there are many opportunities ahead of the ATIC corporation.
