This is because every worker will possess the skills and capabilities of carrying out their duties. The candidate would then avoid the extensive negotiations and settlements. The candidate can maximize the working hours so that there would not be any necessitate to broaden it. Workers should be provided with best working conditions so that their focus would be their work only. They would in turn put their best in the quest to increase production and sales. Corruption can be avoided by ensuring that the company principles are put to book. This ensures that no corrupt dealings are carried out.

Benefits of appointing two individuals to the same post

There are benefits as well as problems when two individuals are appointed to the same post. The other being in charge of internal affairs and the other in charge of external affairs. The benefits here would include specialization where the individuals appointed will have the expertise and capabilities to manage their areas. Each individual will struggle to give their best in their areas, and this leads to increased production and sales in the company. The problem that might arise is bad blood between the two individuals. Each of them will be struggling to outwit the other so that they can be given power over the whole department. Competition is good if it is for a good reason. The reason that the two should have is improving the company’s production and sales.
