I.T Management
The payroll program is an essential element of any company. The method that the company uses to pay out salary to its workers is part of this. The company can adapt an available network. In this case, it is the Wide Area Network (WAN), which enables the company to adopt an efficient payroll. As a result of increasing dispersed global workforce, most businesses rely on their WAN since their business performance is directly connected to how well quality, security and reliability would be implemented when it comes to communication between the headquarters and other branches.
The architecture that the new payroll should use is one with a wide scope. For a new payroll program, the best architecture to be used would be the private WAN aggregation. The reason for choosing this architecture is that it connects and aggregates all the organizations branches into the WAN core route. This means that it will be able to suit all areas of the company that are inclusive of the payroll. That is, the hours worked, and overtime accorded among other sections. The architecture will use the available Wide Area network to access the payroll program. This will be more efficient and effective. The carriers that will be selected will support the payroll to gain acceptance from other networks. The program will be managed by management systems. This will ensure that, in case, the model does not suit the company it will be able to adopt another more appropriate one. The main reason that makes this architecture suitable for organizations is its availability to a ready network. In addition, the architecture provides security to the data transferred and stored as it only operates privately. This means the information regarding an individual’s payment would be secured. The private architecture offers an opportunity to build WAN optimization in response to the current and modern decommissioning and provisioning of application server on a utility basis. Such capability allows the organization to value, added cloud optimized service, which results into the reduction of costs. The companies should take advantage of the available networks in their vicinity. The network can be local, wide, or even private. Whichever the case, the available network simplifies the work to be done on the architecture for the payroll. The carriers enable the program to get solutions when facing challenges. This makes carriers a significant part of the architecture.
The types of technologies that will be involved include digital technology. This is the current, up-to-date, technology. It is suitable for the architecture because it provides a range of avenues for organizational managers. This will enable the payroll model adapt to a suitable technology that puts the company on the lime light. As a result, other companies will want to access their technology; thus, they will be able to develop the program effectively. This is, as the other companies will cooperate to harness the technology in the best way. The model will want to adapt the Educational technology. This will enable the company to teach others about the architecture. These people are stakeholders in the company or persons of interest. The employees will benefit since they will learn about the architecture and thus be able to understand their pay slip.
Appropriate technology will also be evident in the architecture. This technology is part of the main technology. It is technology that the model minimally needs, but cannot do without using. This technology will allow the model to adopt any form of technology that is detrimental. This is to the success of the architecture. There is also the open-source appropriate technology, which will allow the company to be able to teach other companies on the technology. This will enhance incorporation in the technology and architecture.

Wide Scope Information System
The diagram above shows how the main parts of the architecture technology come in place. This is from the top to the bottom of the architecture model.
The budding ethical issues that can arise from the architecture include lack of social responsibility due to the high costs associated with the model. Thus, the company will have fewer amounts of funds to help in the community. The subject of social irresponsibility also comes up in pollution of the environment. The expertise that will be approved by the architecture is a pollutant. This limitation will make the company incur added costs if the advantages are greater. The laws of the land also may be against the mechanisms of the model. For example, the open source may give the company a disregard for quality. This will lead to the technology available from the company being below standards. Thus, the standards authority will charge the company in this regard.
