Logically or emotionally
Plato or Aristotle – you choose the man.

Thinking and planning and knowing and saying,

Logic unfolding on the wings of thought –you choose the man.

Logically or emotionally

Feelings flowing, a catharsis in the making,

Creating, embracing, the heart filled with joy,

An unlocking of floodgates – you choose the man.

Logically or emotionally

Analysis for life and the power of the mind,

no mimesis encouraged with its corrupting power.

No time for untruth – misleading at best. You choose the man.

Logically or emotionally

Immediate, self serving and worthless corruption;

And fanciful, and needed – creation at its best,

Without such life looms empty at best. You choose the man.

Logically or emotionally

Why this choice to be made?

One of staunch wit, the other of heart….

What is this need to compare and make best

When both offer sight in their very own ways;

Choose the men.
