Established to serve as home to at least 5,457,381 as of [2011], Atlanta is considered as the cultural center or the entire states of Georgia. Atlanta basically depends on the ideal implication of progress through applying the lines ‘too busy to hate’ among almost all of the operations that the local government engages with which keeps them focused on their main goal of bringing progress into the big picture.  Being established within the intersection of two railroad lines, Atlanta’s highest GDP percentage comes from the transportation industry. Earning at least $270 billion GDP, Atlanta holds at least the 15^th rank in being among the highest earners in the country and at least sixth among the most productive locations within the local Georgian territory.

During the time, the city’s demographics is specifically balanced between the youths and the older generations, however this changed at the onset of the 1996 Olympics. This particular change has intensified the 21^st century local operation of the area. With a higher degree of individuals coming from the younger demographics, Atlanta had to make amends to its original culture to be able to provide high opportunities of employment for the new incomers within the area. At present, corporate operations take the largest part of the economic function of Atlanta. Given this, the said corporations also provide at least 60% of the overall work opportunities for the people residing in the area. Another major industry in the city is the media operations. Providing at least 85,000 of job opportunities in the field of information technology, Atlanta specifically holds a great impact on how the government is able to keep its people satisfied especially when it comes to realizing developmental issues in consideration with individual and societal advancement.

Being noted as one of the fastest growing economies in the country, Atlanta specifically creates a distinct manner of good environment for its people, its organizations and the way these entities exchange values between each other. The revenue and the surplus earnings from the different industries existing in the area keep the local government have a constant control on how its people are given the capacity to take part in the society’s development. With transportation as its biggest ticket towards larger developments, it could be understood that somehow, Atlanta embraces the culture of progress as part of its primary foundation as a municipality.
