To suppress the risk to the economic and political infrastructure California had to engage the business community and organize huge groups to work closely with the War administrative wing. The increased demand for labor in the organizations facilitated the employment women and none—white in the group to pick up positions and facilitated the production desired. In fact, the emergence of war generated the equal opportunity regardless of race or sex. Thus, limits the extent of discrimination in California workforce.  The influx of migrants boosted the economy of California. Since, the migrants sort for elegant accommodation and housing facilities that compelled the nation to increase the production of more consumer goods and develop more housing. Hence, improves the employment opportunities of the citizen (Sparrow, 2011).
